From Insights to Action: AI for Enhancing Business Operations
In the June instalment of the Innovate & Elevate forum, we explore how AI can enhance business operations.
The rise of online shopping has been remarkable, with global e-commerce sales projected to surpass $5 trillion by 2025. Alongside this growth, businesses are increasingly relying on digital services to remain competitive. Artificial Intelligence (AI) has emerged as a transformative tool, enabling companies to gain deeper insights into customer behaviour and optimise operations in terms of cost and efficiency.
This presentation will highlight three successful Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) projects that showcase the application of AI across different industries.
The first project, in collaboration with Fresh Relevance, a leader in the UK digital marketing sector, has developed several pioneering AI and Machine Learning (ML) methods aimed at decoding consumer behaviour and enhancing digital marketing strategies.
The second project, with Campden BRI, the UK’s largest food research organisation, focuses on using AI to discover trends within textual data, which can provide valuable insights for the food industry. Lastly, our recent collaboration with TCL Global has utilized AI to streamline and enhance international university student recruitment, demonstrating the practical benefits of AI in improving decision-making and operational processes.
